When I arrived in Kerala everything was fascinating, the smells, the colors, the bustle. Kerala the so-called land of gods, but where I was most surprised was my arrival in Vaikom, there I discovered The Backwaters, surfing its waters is a pleasure where time is long and you can savor the stillness and tranquility where green is the color Vaikom villa, is located in the center of all this with modern facilities but without forgetting the traditions, its gardens are a haven of peace with beautiful scenic landscapes formed by green and beautiful coconut trees. All this always accompanied by the song of the birds. And the people there always affable and kind. I promise that I will return

Visiting Vaikom backwaters was a dream, coming true. The unique experience of visiting nature , culture of backwaters people and the people could not be compared by anything. The joy of going with a dreamy boat that made of wood and coir ropes to the middle of backwaters in pure silence, except the song of boat going in the water , with the dance of boatman pushing the boat ahead by a long paddle among the range of lily flowers which moved aside and made road for boat , many different kind of birds singing , flying over the water, little islands with little houses and people living there, the peace you feel inside you , made me understand why Kerala is called “ God’s own country”

We were fortunate to see this serviced villa in Vaikom as it opened. I cannot describe the serenity feeling as we set on the beautiful porch facing the water. The little boats sailing quietly on the backwaters, carrying people and merchandise between the canals, while we're eating so many delicious fruits and drinking tender coconut water straight picked from the trees in the garden. The rooms are so big and bright gives the ability to rest as we pleased. As Vaikom is an Urban Village, we spend so many wonderful hours walking around, chatting with the nice and hospitable people living there. Watching the so many daily traditional activates of the locals. We enjoyed tremendously our stay there and recommend our friends to get this unique and fascinating place.
