Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to confirmed services from Vaikom Villa Services Ltd. Quote requests submitted online are not paid bookings.
Cancellations
Confirmed cleaning appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled according to the timing stated in your written confirmation. Late cancellations may be subject to a reasonable fee if staff travel or reserved time has already been committed.
Refunds
If a prepaid service cannot be completed by us, we will review refund or rescheduling options. Completed cleaning work is generally not refundable, but service concerns should be reported promptly for review.
Limitations
We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe access, inaccurate property details, severe weather, building restrictions, or conditions outside our control.
